Process & Workflow Terms

Dashboard
The main interface you see after logging in, providing overview information, quick actions, and navigation to key features.

Real-time Updates
Information that is automatically updated in your interface as changes occur, such as new bids or session status changes.

User Interface (UI)
The visual elements and controls that you interact with, including buttons, forms, menus, and displays.

Validation
The process of checking that data or actions meet system requirements and business rules before being accepted or processed.

Workflow
A sequence of connected steps that complete a business process, such as the user registration workflow or payment validation workflow.

Audit Trail
A complete record of all actions taken in the system for security and compliance purposes.

Security & Privacy Terms

Authentication
The process of verifying your identity through credentials like username/password or social login providers like Google.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
An additional security layer that requires a second form of verification beyond username and password, typically through mobile apps or SMS.

Data Encryption
The process of converting readable data into coded format to prevent unauthorized access. All sensitive data is protected with encryption.

Secure Connection
Protected communication between your browser and our servers, indicated by HTTPS in your browser's address bar.
